TrujilloPaumier is the partnership of Joaquin Trujillo and Brian Paumier. Joaquin is from a little town on the outskirts of Zacatecas, Mexico and bears the influence of his heritage with a penchant for pageantry and adornment. Brian grew up a California suburbanite informed by cable television and rock and roll. The duo synchronizes old-world formality with contemporary ethos. They began their collaboration during their studies at Art Center College of Design. They travel extensively for their personal and commercial work, and their images appear frequently in numerous publications and periodicals including New York Times Magazine, Los Angeles Times Magazine, Con De Nast Traveler, and Travel & Leisure. Their work has been exhibited at the De Soto Gallery in Santa Monica, the Carnegie Art Museum in Oxnard and  Galleri Urbane, Marfa, Texas among other institutions.
