Adam Katseff’s work has recently been acquired by the Nelson-Atkins Museum. Additionally, a piece by Katseff is being included in the upcoming show Tahoe: A Visual History opening at the Nevada Museum of Art on August 22, after which the museum will acquire the piece. We are also thrilled that Katseff has been announced as the winner of the INFOCUS Sidney Zuber Photography Award. As part of the win, his work will be displayed for up to two months at the Phoenix Art Museum and he will also be honored at a reception at the museum on May 20, 2015.

Adam Katseff was born in North Andover, Massachusetts and currently lives and works in Palo Alto, California. He received a BFA from Massachusetts College of Art, and an MFA from Stanford University where he now teaches. His work has been shown at the San Francisco Arts Commission Gallery, The Lab, Root Division, Berkeley Art Center, and the Michael and Noemi Neidorff Gallery at Trinity University. He is the recipient of the Murphy and Cadogan Contemporary Art Award, as well as the Anita Squires Fowler Award.
